Over the course of her career, Michelle has held executive leadership roles across major public agencies and private sector organizations, leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives, transportation systems, and organizational transformation efforts.
She has served in senior leadership positions within transportation and infrastructure, overseeing complex programs, guiding strategic planning efforts, and working alongside public officials, private sector partners, and community stakeholders. Her experience spans program and project management, urban and strategic planning, business development, and advisory services across both government and consulting environments.
